- Radial insert ball bearing housing units of the series UKT2 (cast iron) consist of the housing bearing made of cast iron T2 and the already installed bearing insert UK2. The design as a radial bearing housing allows a displacement of the housing. The housing is made of cast iron and therefore inexpensive and robust. The bearing insert has a conical bore for the attachment of the inner ring by means of adapter sleeves on a shaft. This allows high speeds, change of direction and a smooth running. Static misalignments can be compensated up to an angle of 2°.
