High Precision Deep Groove Ball Bearings of the series 67
- Precision deep groove ball bearings of this thin section series 67 are manufactured to tighter tolerances than regular deep groove ball bearings. With their ultra-thin cross section, these precision deep groove ball bearings have even smaller dimensions than thin section bearings of the 68 series with the same inner diameter. In relation to their inner diameter, they have an extremely small outer diameter and are hence extremely narrow. As a result, they can be installed on relatively large shaft and axle diameters, even in extremely tight spaces. They are extremely light and suitable for comparatively very high speeds.
- Rubber seals (RS/2RS) have the optimum sealing action with increased friction. Metal seals (Z/ZZ) are suitable for higher speeds, but they have a limited sealing action as they seal contactless. Open, seal-less bearings are suitable for extremely high speeds and - furthermore - they can be regreased more easily. However, they are more susceptible to soiling. | more
