Spindle bearings / precision angular contact ball bearings — For the highest demands
Features of this design
- Main dimensions according to DIN 628-1 (at least according to ISO-tolerance class 4). Precision angular ball bearings are usable with high radial loads as well as axial loads in one direction. Axial loads in both directions are also possible in case of installation in pairs in X or O-arrangement. Available with a load angle of 15° (for higher radial loads) or 25° (for higher axial loads). The bearings are not separable.
Material description of spindle bearings
- Withstand high load-ratings and are suitable for temperatures up to circa +80°C in the long run, up to circa +120°C in the short run. The steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.
- are subject to a lesser wear and tear compared to bearings of similar size with steel balls. The ceramic balls are current insulating - optimally for the use in engines and generators. Hybrid bearings are lighter than bearings with steel balls of the same size, withstand higher speeds, magnetic and operate in a temperature range from circa -20°C up to +80°C in the long run, up to circa +120°C in the short run.
