Radial insert ball bearing housing unit - Variants

Broadened inner ring with grub screws (UC, SB)

Locating the inner ring on the shaft using grub screws. Suitable for both directions of rotation under moderate loads.

Eccentric ring (SA, UEL)

Mounting by eccentric ring and setscrews on the shaft. Also suitable for higher speeds with constant direction of Rotation.

Conical bore (UK)

Mounting by means of adapter sleeves on the shaft enables high speeds, change of direction of rotation and smooth running.

Cylindrical bore (CS)

Mounting by shaft fit enables medium to high speeds. Space-saving installation. For higher loads.

Material description of housing unit sets

Sets with cast iron housing (P, FL, F, FC) and bearing insert of rolling bearing steel

are extremely cost-effective, withstand very high loads and are suitable for temperatures from -10 to +120 °C.

Sets with sheet steel housing (PP, PFL, PFT, PF) and bearing insert of rolling bearing steel

are extremely cost-effective, space-saving and suitable for temperatures from -10 to +120 °C, with plastic seals up to 100 °C. For lower loads.

Sets with sheet steel housing (PP, PFL, PFT, PF) and bearing insert of stainless steel

are corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, space-saving and are suitable for temperatures from -10 to +120 °C, with plastic seals up to 100 °C. Suitable for lower loads.
