Housing Design
- Ideal for very high loads. Split. For the application of spherical ball bearings or spherical roller bearings. Seal exchangeable, standard seal included. Sets with housings of type SNL5 each consist of a bearing insert with a conical inner ring and an adapter sleeve for shaft fixing.
Bearing Insert Types
- Main dimensions according to DIN 630. Double row. Suitable for strong radial and low axial loads. Excellent misalignment compensation. Available with cylindrical or tapered bore (for clamping sleeve mounting).
- Main dimensions according to DIN 635-2. Double row. Support extremely high radial and relatively high axial forces in both directions. Ideal for combined loads in both directions. Offer an excellent compensation of misalignment. Available with cylindrical and conical bore (for fixing adapter sleeve).
Material description of the split pillow block housing sets
- are extremely cost-effective, suitable for extremely high loads and temperatures from -10 to +120 °C. All sets with self-aligning ball bearing inserts with plastic cages (TN) can be used permanently up to approx. +70 °C.
