Spindle bearings / precision angular contact ball bearings — For the highest demands
Features of this design
- Main dimensions according to DIN 628-1 (at least according to ISO-tolerance class 4). Precision angular ball bearings are usable with high radial loads as well as axial loads in one direction. Axial loads in both directions are also possible in case of installation in pairs in X or O-arrangement. Available with a load angle of 15° (for higher radial loads) or 25° (for higher axial loads). The bearings are not separable.
Material description of spindle bearings
- withstand very high loads. The bearing steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.
- wear less compared to similar sized bearings with steel balls. The ceramic balls have a current-insulating effect and are lighter than steel balls of the same size, so these bearings can withstand higher speeds than pure steel bearings. The rings are magnetic.
