Spherical roller bearings — variable shaft guidance and extremely high load capacity

Spherical roller bearings have two rings with barrel-shaped rollers. Therefore, they are suitable for heavy radial loads. They can also withstand axial forces. Due to the possibility of skewing they compensate for misalignment and deflections of the shaft.

Spherical roller bearing: Main dimensions according to DIN 635-2. Double row. Support extremely high radial and relatively high axial forces in both directions. Ideal for combined loads in both directions. Offer an excellent compensation of misalignment. Available with cylindrical and conical bore (for fixing adapter sleeve).

Material description of spherical roller bearings

Spherical roller bearings made of rolling bearing steel: are cost-effective and can withstand very high loads. The rolling bearing steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.

The bearing clearance is the amount by which the two rings of a non-installed roller bearing can be displaced in relation to one another. There are different internal clearance classes. CN is "normal internal clearance" and is the best choice for many applications. C3, C4, ... indicates increased clearance. C2, C1, ... stands for reduced clearance.
