Self-Aligning Ball Bearings of the Series SS12 (Stainless Steel)

Special feature of this series: Main dimensions according to DIN 630. Stainless steel self-aligning ball bearings of the series 12 are corrosion-resistant. They have smaller dimensions than self-aligning ball bearings of the series 13 with the same inner diameter, whereof results a lower weight. They are open, can thus be regreased easily and can be used in case of a high rotational speed.

The bearing clearance is the amount by which the two rings of a non-installed roller bearing can be displaced in relation to one another. There are different internal clearance classes. CN is "normal internal clearance" and is the best choice for many applications. C3, C4, ... indicates increased clearance. C2, C1, ... stands for reduced clearance.
