Radial Shaft Seals BASL-FKM

Special feature of this series
Shaft seals of the type BASL-FKM are suitable for various applications. They are made of FKM (fluoro rubber, e.g. VITON®) and have two sealing lips. This makes them even more leakproof than shaft seals of the BA-FKM type. By using FKM, the shaft seal is more heat resistant and chemically more resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons than NBR shaft seals. In addition, significantly higher speeds are possible and by using a tension spring made of stainless steel, the shaft seal is protected against corrosion. The vulcanized metal reinforcement ring ensures high strength and the tension spring made of stainless steel for a tight fit on the shaft.
