- Main dimensions according to DIN 625-1. High temperature ball bearings of the series 60 HT are specifically designed for use in high temperature conditions. Despite their low weight, they can support moderate radial loads and offer reliable performance even at high temperatures. Compared with the medium 63 series deep groove ball bearings, they require less space for the same inner diameter, weigh about half as much and allow higher speeds. Their heat resistance makes them the ideal choice for applications where high temperatures and compact design are required. Some items in this series are lubricated with the high-quality high-temperature lubricant Klüber Barrierta L 55/2.
- A standard clearance (CN) is suitable for bearing operation at normal temperatures and with standard fits. An increased clearance (C3) is recommended when there are high temperature gradients between the rings or when the bearing is secured by a press fit. Increased clearance C4 allows compensation for thermal expansion and loads at even higher temperatures or tighter fits. | more
