High Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings of the series NN30

Special feature of this series: Main dimensions according to DIN 5412-4. High precision cylindrical roller bearings of the series NN30 are constructed in a double row design and can support very high radial loads. The production according to tighter tolerances allows a precise run and a highly accurate arrangement. They can be used as floating bearings. The tapered bore allows for fine adjustment of radial clearance using an adapter sleeve.

Special design of the roller bearing

Design of the inner and outer rings with regard to axial displacement.

Accuracy of main dimensions (inner diameter, outer diameter and width). P0 is the standard tolerance class, P6 and especially P5 are a bit more precise.

The bearing clearance is the amount by which the two rings of a non-installed roller bearing can be displaced in relation to one another. There are different internal clearance classes. CN is "normal internal clearance" and is the best choice for many applications. C3, C4, ... indicates increased clearance. C2, C1, ... stands for reduced clearance.
