Deep groove ball bearings — Versatile for radial and axial loads
Versions of deep groove ball bearings
- Main dimensions according to DIN 625-1. Favourable "all-round bearing". Versatile.
- Main dimensions according to DIN 625-3. Considerably higher load carrying capacity than single row bearings at a slightly greater width.
- For simplified locating bores in which the bearing is supposed to be axially fixed.
- Suitable for the form-fitting axial fixing of the bearing in a bore.
- Without a cage and maximum number of balls, higher load carrying capacity than caged deep groove ball bearings of the same size.
Material description of deep groove ball bearings
- are extremely cost-effective, withstand very high loads and are suitable for high speeds. The rolling bearing steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.
- are hygienic, corrosion-resistant (to fresh water), mainly lubricated with food-grade grease (can be recognized by suffix -GF), magnetic, withstand high loads and are suitable for high speeds.
- wear less compared to similar sized bearings with steel balls. The ceramic balls have an electricity-insulating effect, offer emergency running properties and are lighter than steel balls, so hybrid bearings can withstand higher speeds than pure steel bearings. The rings are magnetic.
- are extremely wear-resistant due to their high hardness, corrosion-resistant and durable. They have very good emergency running properties, are lighter than steel bearings of the same size, are suitable for dry running, are current-insulating, non-magnetic and have high temperature resistance.
