Fits for needle roller bearings without an inner ring

The main dimensions of needle roller bearings without an inner ring have close tolerances. In order to achieve a good bearing seat while at the same time being easy to assemble, the outside diameter of the shafts or the inside diameter of the bores are tolerated according to the fit system. The recommended shaft and bore fits are given below.

Recommended fit for the shaft

The enveloping circle F_w has a tolerance of F6.
As a rough general tolerance recommendation, h6 can be used.

For higher requirements, the tolerance should be taken from the following table.

Recommended fit for the bore

The housing bore tolerance should not be tighter than K7.
